Your TV is working normally and supports 4K/60. The up to native 1080 at 120 FPS is not a glitch. The vizio p65-f1 can actually do 120Hz at 1080P. This why this is here. Yes the series x has better hardware but you don't need it for 1080p. Lots of games are already below 1080p on the S, if it matters OP. Yeah, 1080p is the minimum, think there are a few other cons about the series s such as the smaller SSD etc, I have a gaming pc so don't want to sacrifice too much.
