I recently applied for H1 to H4 conversion through my husband's company on Mar 2015 and i got it approved last week on Oct 2015. Earlier i had an I 94 with respect to my H1 Visa and its validity was till Sep 20, 2015 which was same as my H1B.

The concept of this mod is to replace the factory H11 low beam bulb with a modified H9 bulb, and replace the factory 9005 high beam bulb with a modified 9011 bulb, respectively.
