I have been using this setup with a Canon EF 24-70mm f2.8 L USM lens for a year with no issues. Today I got a Canon EF 70-200mm f2.8 L lens. When attached to the camera and adapter, the camera will not turn
It's a fantastic lens, and I really liked the images I got from it. Sharp, but not clinical. Very nice for portraiture. It doesn't have the contrast of later 24-70 versions of the lens, but images seemed very natural. I think some have rated it higher than the EF 24-70 version 1, though the version 2 surpasses it in all regards.
